Janelle is a character in The Christopher Show, never shown on-screen. In Girlz Krazy, Danny spotted her on the street from Chris's Room and immediately liked her. He wanted to date her, but Dad said no because a while back, he got into a fight with Janelle's dad.
So, Danny challenges Dad to a snow brawl: if Danny wins, he gets to date Janelle. But if Dad wins, he doesn't get to date Janelle and gets grounded for 2 months. Sure enough, Danny loses and gets grounded for 2 months, at Chris's pleasure.
Janelle was never seen on-screen, and was never mentioned before or after this episode. In fact, her name was only mentioned once, by Danny, when he told Chris about her. But Chris didn't really care because, according to Danny, he is "too immature to like girls, and understand."
