As stated in the magazine, this high-tech invention will look like a high-tech hair drier, but it is actually a device that messes up the users hair, like it blends their hair around using those blender-things. But it makes the user think they are a movie star big shot that likes to splash wine in people’s faces. It wears off within 5 hours of its usage and can only be used twice within that period.
